Description

Computer Technician position is a full time position Monday - Friday in the Clermont, FL office. Possible weekend & after-hours work due to customer support issues maybe required but with advanced notice. Sick/Vacation/Personal time accrue after 90-days of employment. Responsibilities include: Configure & Install PC workstations for use by end-users Setup, install, & maintain end-user servers, network, & PCs Troubleshoot and provide corrective action on client computer systems. On-site visits to client locations in and around Orlando & Central Florida Install software applications on end-user PCs such as Microsoft Office. Maintain cutting-edge technology services for clients. Utilize Internet and Internet tools for clients. Interact with current and new customers. Provide client documentation for further reference.

Requirements

Must have ability to work independently. Must have experience with Microsoft Windows and Networking. In-depth knowledge of PC architecture. Must be able to troubleshoot & repair PCs & computer networks. Basic computer server knowledge primarily Windows Server 2003. SCO Unix a plus! Basic computer network knowledge. Must posses the skills necessary to learn detailed aspects of job. Candidate must be very dependable, maintain a professional image and must be customer service oriented. Advanced education or certification and/or previous experience required. Valid drivers licnese and transportation. Non-smokers only. Salary

$32k - $34.5k  Sick/Vacation/Personal time accrue after 90-days of employment.
