  Q: What is SupportOne™?

A: SupportOne™ is Computer Business Consultants, Inc.'s incident-based Technical Support Service.  Today's Technical Support issues can be complicated, and it's possible issues may require several calls before a solution can be reached.  This can be very costly if you are paying for each of these calls. With SupportOne™, you pay one fee for the entire incident, regardless of the time and number of calls it takes to resolve the problem.

Q: What kind of expertise do SupportOne™ representatives have?

A: SupportOne™ representatives are some of the best certified Novell, Microsoft, SCO UNIX and IBM systems engineers in the business.

Q: What products are supported?

A: Supported products and technologies include, but are not limited to:

Microsoft NT, BackOffice, Proxy, IIS, Exchange, Small Business Server, Windows 95/98; Novell NetWare, IntraNetware, BorderManager, Small Business Server, Groupwise 4.1, NetWare Connect, NIAS, Multi-Protocol Router; and SCO Open Server 3x-5x, UnixWare and Xenix. A wide variety of hardware and software vendors are supported as well.

Q: Who is a prime candidate for SupportOne™?

A: Existing customers who have a good technical knowledge already or who have there own IT department and require assistance with complex technical issues.

You can purchase 1, 5, 10, 25, or 50 incidents of either type.   For larger increments, call your sales representative.

Q: When is SupportOne™ service available?

A: Computer Business Consultants, Inc.'s SupportOne™ lines are answered seven days a week:
 

Monday through Friday

8 a.m. to 9 p.m., Eastern Time

 

Saturday and Sunday

9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Eastern Time

Q: How can I order SupportOne™?

A: Contact your sales representative or e-mail sales@computerbusiness.com You can purchase increments of 1, 5, 10, 25, or 50 incidents.   For larger increments, call your sales representative. 

Q: Are pre-paid SupportOne™ incidents valid indefinitely?

A: No. Increments of up to 50 incidents expire one year from the date of purchase. Larger increments expire in two years.

Q: Can I get SupportOne™ assistance without purchasing it in advance?

A: Yes, you can call the SupportOne™ assistance line (800-778-0838) and purchase SupportOne™ "on-the-fly."
