Today's Technical Support issues can be complicated, and it's possible issues may require several calls before a solution can be reached. This can be very costly if you are paying for each of these calls. With SupportOne™, you pay one fee for the entire incident, regardless of the time and number of calls it takes to resolve the problem. Q: What kind of expertise do SupportOne™ representatives have? A: SupportOne™ representatives are some of the best certified Novell, Microsoft, SCO UNIX and IBM systems engineers in the business. Q: What products are supported? A: Supported products and technologies include, but are not limited to: Microsoft NT, BackOffice, Proxy, IIS, Exchange, Small Business Server, Windows 95/98; Novell NetWare, IntraNetware, BorderManager, Small Business Server, Groupwise 4.1, NetWare Connect, NIAS, Multi-Protocol Router; and SCO Open Server 3x-5x, UnixWare and Xenix. A wide variety of hardware and software vendors are supported as well. Q: Who is a prime candidate for SupportOne™? A: Existing customers who have a good technical knowledge already or who have there own IT department and require assistance with complex technical issues. A: The cost depends on type of assistance and the number of "incidents" you purchase. See the table below:

Q: Are pre-paid SupportOne™ incidents valid indefinitely?
A: No. Increments of up to 50 incidents expire one year from the date
of purchase. Larger increments expire in two years.

and purchase SupportOne™ "on-the-fly."
