Problem:  What are the special configurations for a Data Trac migration?

Solution:

When installing Data Trac onto a new server or setting up in a netrwork there the follwoing need to be addressed:

  1. Unix Kernel Parameters:
    NOFILES = 300
    MAXUP = 250
  2. Open the following ports to allow e-trac access:
    Source: WAN 129.41.84.136 - 129.41.84.140
    Ports: 1024 -9999 tcp/udp
