Problem:  Users cannot publish Front Page web pages.  A server error may occur stating improper permission to rename _borders in the web directory. 

Solution:

When publishing via Front Page content, it needs to be owned by "nobody".

Using FTP to upload files to the directory, then using Front Page will not work. All publishing must be trough the Frontpage application.

If FTP is used then change the ownership back to "nobody"

To do this, type: chown nobody *.* in as telnet session in the directory of the Frontpage pages.
