Problem:  Getting error message "No message returned from Print Server (error)" in Word Perfect for Unix.

Cause: The Word Perfect print server was shutdown improperly causing a permissions problem in one of two shared temp (/tmp) directories.

Solution:  Go to either /tmp/wpc-hostname, or /tmp/wp/wpc-hostname, where "hostname" is the name of the server running Word Perfect, and remove all the files.
